Make an Impact (Job Summary + Responsibilities) We are seeking a Senior SEO Executive to join our Digital Marketing team at Fossil Group . This role is essential in improving our organic search performance across global platforms. The ideal candidate will bring technical SEO know-how, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital tools to drive acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility. What you will do in this role: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and drive qualified traffic. Perform in-depth keyword research and develop keyword mapping aligned with content strategy. Optimize page speed, metadata, URL structure, and internal linking. Conduct regular SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush. Ensure effective implementation of schema markup and technical SEO elements. Track and report SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools. Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices. Identify backlink opportunities and manage acquisition strategies. Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform continuous improvement. Who You Are (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. 4 to 7 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing. Proven expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and technical optimization. Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Salesforce. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how web development impacts SEO. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.
