Make an Impact (Job Summary + Responsibilities) As the Director of Integrated Marketing (India) , you will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies for the Fossil brand in the India market. This role is pivotal in aligning local go-to-market efforts with global campaign direction, managing full-funnel marketing programs, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across digital, retail, and wholesale. You will act as both a strategic visionary and operational leader, managing a team and marketing budget, while driving innovation and performance across channels. What you will do in this role: Develop bi-annual India-specific integrated marketing plans in partnership with global brand teams, digital leaders, and commercial counterparts. Own the seasonal 360 go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution, including PR, social, events, promotions, ecommerce, CRM (email, SMS), retail, and marketplace marketing. Align closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and maximum impact across channels. Serve as a key point of contact for campaign strategy, localization, and execution of celebrity campaigns and content creation. Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, brand, media, creative, and ecommerce to execute top-tier campaigns and calendar activations. Leverage performance analytics and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing investments and audience targeting. Foster innovation through data-driven marketing decisions and integrate consumer insights and competitive intelligence into strategy. Oversee campaign results, continuously reporting on performance, identifying risks, and proactively initiating improvement plans. Represent India marketing in global forums and provide local leadership with insight into campaign effectiveness and opportunities. Inspire and develop a team of marketing professionals, cultivating a high-performance, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment. Who You Are (Requirements) Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 15–18 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing , brand strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail industries. Proven experience building and executing cross-functional marketing strategies at scale, particularly in DTC, marketplaces, and omnichannel environments. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and influence across teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; collaborative and business-minded. Deep knowledge of performance marketing, CRM, social media, events, PR, and ecommerce platforms. Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in performance analysis and campaign optimization. Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable working in a global matrixed structure.
