Education: o MBA in Marketing from a top-tier institution.
• Experience:
o Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, within the luxury brands.
o Proven track record in marketing to HNIs and managing significant budgets.
o Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
o Strong understanding of the interior design industry or similar luxury industry is highly preferred.
• Skills:
o Exceptional creative vision and a keen eye for detail
o Deep understanding of luxury branding and marketing strategies and consumer preferences.
o Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
o Strong grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
o Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.
