Make an Impact (Job Summary + Responsibilities) We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / Senior BI Developer with strong expertise in Tableau and Looker to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will transform complex data into intuitive visual dashboards and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. What you will do in this role: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions. Translate business needs into data models and visualizations that are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Create and manage datasets, data blends, and performance-tuned queries in BigQuery or similar data platforms. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across visual tools. Provide technical support and training to business users on BI tools and data interpretation. Document dashboard logic, calculations, and data models for transparency and scalability. Partner with data engineering and other analytics teams to drive data governance and system integration initiatives. Who You Are (Requirements) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. 3 to 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles. Proven hands-on expertise in Tableau and Looker (LookML proficiency preferred). Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL (preferably on BigQuery ), and dashboard performance tuning. Experience building interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Preferred Skills: Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery). Familiarity with Agile methodologies or product-based delivery models.
