Job Description

Packaging Graphic Designer

Design or alter attractive, functional and brand-consistent packaging for products
Develop labels, cartons, boxes and flexible packaging etc.
Create concepts from initial brief to final production-ready artwork
Follow exact brand guidelines and its communication flow
Innovate packaging visuals to enhance shelf appeal and customer engagement
Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, margins and color palettes
Coordinate with vendors for pre-press approvals, proofs and color corrections
Collaborate with different teams
Review and approve artwork, layouts, color proofs, and final samples
Work closely with vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers
Incorporate feedback and ensure timely revisions
Understand different packaging materials, finishes and printing techniques
Capable of taking full accountability of team
Team handling ability to guide and mentor designers and team mates

4-5 years of experience in packaging design, with supervisory experience preferred

Key Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong knowledge of printing processes and color management
Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
