Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.and execute a corresponding marketing calendar.
  • Drive brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

2. Brand Management & Growth

  • Build and strengthen brand identity across all channels. ( Retail, E.Com, Hyper local)
  • Oversee brand storytelling and communication to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visuals across all marketing materials.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ads.
  • Drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention strategies.
  • Optimise marketing automation and CRM systems for data-driven decision-making.

4. Content & Communication Strategy

  • Develop compelling marketing campaigns, PR strategies, and content initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee website content, email marketing, and customer engagement programs.

5. Sales & Revenue Alignment

  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and increase conversions.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales.
  • Track and measure marketing ROI through KPIs and analytics.

6. Team Leadership & Budget Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Allocate and oversee the marketing budget effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams.

7.Packaging Development

  • Work closely with the packaging department to ensure high-quality, visually appealing, and functional packaging.
  • Provide creative direction and demand innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand appeal.
  • Ensure packaging aligns with customer preferences, retail display requirements, and beat market trends.
  • Oversee packaging storytelling to enhance brand perception and product differentiation.

8. Product Development

  • Partner with production teams to guide product innovation based on market insights and consumer demand.
  • Provide input on product flavors, formats, and features to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Ensure new product launches are backed by effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to refine product offerings.
