Head Marketing

As the Overall Incharge of marketing operations, your role will involve developing new business opportunities in new & existing business segments to meet set targets. You will be responsible for protecting and developing the company's brand value by providing the best quality products, solutions, and services to customers. Additionally, you will support PR and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Approval of Sales Orders in consultation with F&A and Production Department - Fixation of Sales Targets for Zonal Managers, approval of their TA bills, and ensuring achievement of targets - Leading the flexible packaging business plan, formulating and implementing strategies consistent with organizational objectives, cost, and mark up factors - Conducting market research to identify market requirements in terms of product features, pricing, and competitive activities - Establishing sales team structure and processes, including conducting team meetings and one-on-one sessions with key members of the marketing team as needed - Overseeing overseas markets and leading the sales team to craft longer-term strategies and achieve goals with a holistic approach - Developing a solution-centric, self-motivated, and goal-oriented team through a leadership vision Qualifications Required: - Leadership Skills - Good Teamwork Skills - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Cognitive Behavioral Skills - Research Oriented Skills - Analytical Skills Please note: Kindly send your resume to Careers@umapolymers.com.,
