Role & responsibilities -Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with existing and potential clients - Proactively identify new business leads and convert them into opportunities - Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups - Support sales documentation, proposals, and contract reviews - Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals - Maintain organized records of interactions, follow-ups, and progress reports

Role & responsibilities Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines such as: Rotogravure Printing Machines Lamination (Solvent & Solvent-less) Slitting, Extrusion, Pouching Machines Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and ensure minimal downtime. Handle breakdown maintenance with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage installation and commissioning of new machines. Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory and liaise with stores/purchase teams. Lead the maintenance team including technicians and shift engineers. Work closely with Production, Quality, and Utility departments for smooth operations. Preferred Background : Flexible Packaging , Printing & Packaging , Plastics , or Converting industries
