We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven business development manager to join our team at Chiraayu Resorts Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will also play a key role in coordinating with internal departments to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements Plan and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Handle inquiries related to business partnerships and collaborations Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed Track progress on leads, proposals, and ongoing projects Represent the company in a professional and positive manner Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
