We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department and work extensively in recruitment. HR Executive responsibilities include handling end to end recruitment process, processing employee data, updating company policies. To be successful in this role, one should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Responsibilities Work extensively on recruitment requirements Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment files Update internal databases with new hire information and keep updating the same at regular intervals Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days Plan employee engagement activities Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department Develop training and on-boarding material Respond to employees questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days theyre eligible for) Look after facility management Maintaining stock Look after maintenance of the office Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,712.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Experience: HR: 1 year (Required) Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Required)
