SEO Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of proven experience in optimizing websites for top search rankings. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of modern AI SEO tools and Google algorithm updates, along with a deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies. In addition, the candidate must have hands-on experience in managing Paid Advertising Campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads as part of an integrated digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization using AI-powered SEO tools.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and AI advancements in SEO (e.g., SGE, Gemini, ChatGPT SEO trends).
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers for on-site improvements.
• Optimize existing website content and coordinate with content teams for SEO-friendly copywriting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Manage link-building strategies and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
• Plan, create, and manage Paid Advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms to boost visibility and conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of modern SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI-driven SEO automation tools and workflows.
• Proven experience in running Paid Ads (Google, LinkedIn, and Meta) — mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of E-E-A-T, structured data, and content optimization for AI search.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with content marketing and social media SEO integration.
• Experience in local SEO, voice search optimization, and video SEO.
• Hands-on experience using AI SEO tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.) for keyword and content ideation.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
