Sustainability Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage green building certification projects (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, WELL, or equivalent). • Prepare, review, and maintain all certification documentation in line with rating system requirements. • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements. • Conduct site visits to assess, verify, and gather required project data. • Provide technical guidance to project teams on design standards, codes, and sustainability best practices. • Front-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery with the support of junior engineers. • Develop and maintain a database of sustainable materials and products. • Keep abreast of new trends, policies, and rating systems in sustainability. • Prepare case studies and reports on completed projects. • Facilitate internal and external project meetings, serving as the primary point of contact for sustainability related matters. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, PMCs, MEP consultants, cost consultants, and contractors. • Provide additional advisory services related to sustainability and environmental performance as required.
