The Opportunity

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will support the delivery of sustainability and climate change services across India and across the region. You will work on projects that help clients understand climate impacts, develop net zero strategies, and implement sustainable design solutions. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will contribute to technical assessments, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.In this position, you will help clients understand climate impacts and transition to net zero by advising on sustainable design strategies, climate adaptation, and decarbonized energy systems. Responsibilities include contributing to lifecycle carbon assessments, sustainability certifications, and building performance analysis, as well as supporting energy efficiency, electrification, and renewable energy strategies. You'll prepare reports and visuals for technical and non-technical audiences, participate in design workshops, and contribute to projects ranging from fit-outs to master-planning. The role also involves conducting research into sustainability, resilience, and equity topics, performing site visits, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver impactful, coordinated solutions.

Is this role right for you?

We'd love to hear from you if you have
  • A Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field with experience in sustainability consulting and design.
  • A understanding of key energy and climate concepts (building energy systems, embodied carbon, zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs), environment, biodiversity, etc.)
  • The ability to understand and conduct techno-economic studies, financial analyses and models, and life cycle cost analyse
  • Experience in the design software such as - Rhino, Revit, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, Ladybug, Honeybee, OneClickLCA, IESVE and basic scripting capabilities would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience with sustainability rating systems such as LEED, WELL, IGBC, or Envision. Professional accredited professional preferred along with exposure to carbon accounting, climate risk, or building performance analysis.
  • Strong research, documentation (survey/polling), and document analysis skills
