Role & responsibilities 1. Inventory Management: Receive all garment accessories as per purchase order and ensure proper documentation. Maintain accurate stock records (manual and ERP/software). Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records. 2. Storage & Handling: Ensure accessories are stored properly with identification tags, racks, and bins. Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system for issuing materials. Ensure proper preservation of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration. 3. Issuance & Distribution: Issue accessories to production units based on approved requisition slips. Ensure timely supply of accessories to meet production schedules. Track balance stock against issued materials. Material receiving goods and verifying. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers. Maintain records for buyer audits and compliance purposes. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review. 5. Coordination: Coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment of accessories. Liaise with merchandising and production departments to ensure material availability. Support internal and external audits (buyer audits, compliance audits, etc.). 6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store. Follow company policies related to inventory control, security, and compliance. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of garment accessories and their usage. Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP/Excel). Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail with strong record-keeping ability. Ability to handle audits and compliance requirements. Teamwork and coordination skills. Preferred candidate profile Company standards and buyer requirements prefer by candidate on this buyer like: GAP, ZARA, TK MAXX, TJX, H&M and other higher global brands.
