Key Responsibilities:

Drive
hardcore student placement activities
end-to-end.
Prepare students for interviews through structured
interview readiness programs
.
Represent the organization at
job fairs
and career events to build new client partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, and CSR partners to maximize placement opportunities.
Track placement data, generate reports, and measure success metrics.

What Were Looking For:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in placements, career services, CSR, or NGO sector.
Strong industry connections and ability to open doors with new recruiters.
Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and student-focused mindset.
