Job Title

Department: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Sr. Manager - CSR

Job Summary

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and

purchasing goods and services required by the organization at the best value,

ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while complying with

company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and

service

• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors

• Coordinating with the purchase committee for the final approval

• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per project or

operational needs

• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and

documentation

• Amendment of PO based on the site requirements for especially for the

civil projects

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or

delivery

• Coordinate with internal departments ( purchase, accounting and finance,

CSR team)

• Collecting the invoices/ PI/ RA bills etc from the vendor based on the

teams and conditions, updating in the system according to shahi standard

(GRN, Linking, scanning and security inward)

• Submitting the final invoice to accounts and finance team for the payment

and follow up with the finace team till the payment to vendor

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical

standards

• Track market trends, cost fluctuations, and new suppliers

• Support inventory planning and cost-saving initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or

related field

• 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
