Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
12+ years in operations, with 6+ years in leadership roles.
Carbon markets experience preferred.
Proven ability to implement operational strategies and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
