Program Overview: The REACH, " Reach Each Child - A Child Healthcare Centric Initiative focuses on paediatric health outreach aimed at combating malnutrition, anaemia, and promoting holistic child well-being through community-based interventions and strategic partnerships. Role Summary: The Manager for REACH Initiatives will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of the UNM Foundation's outreach programs under the REACH initiative across Agra (Uttar Pradesh) and Maharashtra. The role will involve coordinating with PHC Doctors, Regional Managers / Cluster Heads and leading CSR Executives, and Field Teams to ensure high-quality program implementation aligned with Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs), data-driven decision-making, and measurable impact. Job Responsibility : Lead REACH program planning and execution in Agra, Maharashtra, and other locations as decided by management. Align operational goals with organizational vision. Build partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and communities. Manage PHC teams, including clinical and field staff. Strengthen team capacity via reviews, visits, and trainings. Ensure compliance with SOPs for child health interventions and oversee OPD services. Review, validate, and analyse field data; generate reports and dashboards. Coordinate internal operations, budgeting, and support functions. Submit progress reports and document case studies and best practices.
