Sustainability Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainability strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational and client goals.
  
• Conduct sustainability assessments, audits, and data analysis related to energy, waste, water, and carbon footprint.
  
• Recommend and implement initiatives for

  energy efficiency, waste management, and water conservation

  .
• Support organizations in measuring, tracking, and reporting

  carbon emissions

  and progress towards Net Zero.
• Advise on

  sustainable procurement and sourcing practices

  .
• Assist in developing

  CSR and social responsibility programs

  that align with community and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare sustainability reports in line with

  global standards (GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD, ESG frameworks)

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sustainability initiatives.
  
• Keep updated with latest

  sustainability regulations, frameworks, and industry best practices

  .
• Educate and engage employees, suppliers, and partners in sustainability awareness and practices.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  sustainability frameworks, ESG standards, and reporting guidelines

  .
• Knowledge of

  energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste reduction, and water management practices

  .
• Analytical skills for

  data-driven decision-making

  and impact measurement.
• Excellent

  project management and stakeholder engagement skills

  .
• Ability to prepare

  clear sustainability reports and presentations

  .
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in

  Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields

  .
• [Optional] Certifications such as

  LEED, ISO 14001, GRI Standards, ESG certifications

  are preferred.
• Proven experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or environmental management.
