Are you passionate about pioneering electrical design solutions in mission-critical environments A leading global provider in digital infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Electrical Design Consultant to join their growing team in Navi Mumbai. This is a permanent, full-time onsite role ideal for professionals with a strong background in electrical engineering, energy optimization, and data center infrastructure. Responsibilities: Assess and optimize existing electrical systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Introduce and integrate advanced technologies and design practices for upcoming projects. Define new electrical design standards in alignment with global best practices. Oversee end-to-end design projects, ensuring timely execution within budget. Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to align on objectives. Drive continual improvement by tracking and refining project performance. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical direction on complex design challenges. Conduct workshops and training sessions to uplift internal capabilities. Stay informed of evolving industry trends, tools, and compliance requirements. Embed sustainable practices in system designs. Ensure adherence to local and international electrical codes and regulations. Support audits and drive regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. Over 15 years of experience in energy engineering or energy management, preferably in critical facilities like data centers. Strong command of AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus. CEM, LEED AP, or equivalent certifications highly desirable. Licensed Professional Engineer preferred. Advanced knowledge of electrical standards and industry benchmarks. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the electrical backbone of next-gen data centers, driving innovation, sustainability, and excellence with a globally respected team. Architect/Engineer with around 7- 10 years of work experience in the field of Sustainability and Green Buildings. Bachelors degree is minimum. Candidates with Masters degree will be given preference. Knowledge of Green Building Certifications, Energy efficiency and sustainability concepts is must. Must have delivered and completed at least 5 Green Building projects (Pre-certification and/or Certification). Must be accredited professional from IGBC & GRIHA. Candidates with LEED AP/WELL AP credential shall be given preference. Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills should be there and shall be a good team player. Candidates with experience on team handling shall be preferred. Hands-on experience on AutoCAD, MS is must. Candidates with experience of BIM, Daylight and Energy simulations shall be given preference.
