Requirements 1) Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). You will leverage your 3–4 years of experience to guide a team of developers, oversee technical strategies, and ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions. This role requires a strong command of backend processes using Python and modern front-end frameworks such as React and Node.js. You will be instrumental in shaping our tech stack and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and front-end technologies like React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Architect backend frameworks and services with Python libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) to create RESTful APIs and microservices. Manage integration with databases and ensure optimized ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) implementation. Implement and guide asynchronous programming and API handling, utilizing tools like Celery and Redis for efficient task management. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and refine existing ones. Maintain high code quality, implement development standards, and conduct thorough code reviews. Drive performance optimization, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
