Role Overview

What You’ll Own

You will lead our entire paid acquisition engine, including:

✅ Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube Ads — planning, launching & scaling

✅ Building end-to-end lead funnels that convert

✅ Creating and running Email, WhatsApp & CRM automation flows

✅ Daily optimisation of CPL, CAC, targeting, creatives & landing pages

✅ Running experiments, A/B tests & analysing performance data

✅ Collaborating with content/design to improve message–market fit

✅ Ensuring lead quality stays high, not just volume

Who You Are

We want someone who understands performance deeply and can own outcomes.

✅ Knows how to generate quality leads that actually convert

✅ Comfortable working with budgets, funnels & attribution

✅ Experience in fintech is great — but not mandatory
