- Own full sales cycle for enterprise cybersecurity solutions-prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline using CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasts and timely pipeline reviews with leadership.
- Lead solution-selling engagements with technical presales teams to design and present tailored architectures
- Develop and execute account plans for named accounts, expanding footprint by cross-selling and upselling advanced security products and services.
- Establish and drive channel/partner relationships-onboard partners, define go-to-market motions, and co-sell to accelerate coverage and deal velocity.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth handoff to delivery and success teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must-Have 0-3 years of proven enterprise sales (B2B) experience selling cybersecurity products or managed security services in India with consistent quota achievement.
- Last year engineering interns are also welcome.
- Experience in System Integration industry
- Experience in domestic (India) sector majorly Strong solution-selling skills across SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, network security, or MSSP portfolios, Unified communications, Networking solutions, Cybersecurity, data center modernization etc.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and sales KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills with C-level engagement experience.
- On-site availability in India and willingness to travel to customer sites and partner locations as required.
Preferred :
- Experience building or working with channel/partner programs and co-selling models within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOC2, PCI-DSS, Data Protection laws) and selling security for regulated industries.
- Technical acumen to collaborate with pre sales/engineering on PoCs, RFP responses, and security architecture discussions.
