Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including creating job requisitions, assisting team in sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for consulting roles. Stakeholder Management: Partner with consulting practice leaders and stakeholder to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and team dynamics. Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, university partnerships, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Data & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and provide regular updates to leadership. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment specialists and coordinators with in the team. Compliance &Best Practices: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational standards and incorporate industry best practices Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field. Master’s preferred. Minimum 7-9 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within consulting or professional services. Proven track record of recruiting for consulting roles across different levels. Strong understanding of consulting roles, career paths, and skills requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Experience managing recruitment teams and driving performance. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRM, and sourcing tools. Show more Show less
