Job Title:Senior Manager/Manager – Order to Cash (Collections & Billing – North America)Location: Gurugram /Delhi / PuneExperience: 15–20 yearsShift: US/Canada Shift (Night Shift)CTC: Manager - 17.5 LPA , Sr. Manager - 22 LPAWork Mode: Hybrid About the Role:We are hiring an experienced professional to lead the Order to Cash (O2C) operations for North American clients. This role will oversee end-to-end billing, collections, dispute management, and revenue assurance processes. The ideal candidate should bring a combination of leadership skills, domain expertise, stakeholder management, and a track record of continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities: Operations ManagementManage O2C activities including billing, collections, dispute resolution, cash application, and revenue assurance.Implement strategies to reduce DSO, unapplied/past-due cash, and revenue leakages.Oversee key performance metrics and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies (e.g., SOX).Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for process gaps. People ManagementLead teams of 20–30+ members, ensuring efficient workload distribution and high performance.Drive team motivation, retention, and career development through mentoring, training, and feedback.Conduct team meetings, 1-on-1s, appraisals, and performance reviews regularly. Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementInterface with key North American stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Legal, and IT to ensure timely resolution of issues.Manage escalations effectively and drive stakeholder satisfaction through proactive communication. Process Improvement & TransitionDrive standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives across O2C functions.Support or lead transitions and ensure seamless process stabilization.Collaborate with UAT teams for system enhancements and new tool implementations. Candidate Requirements:Postgraduate / Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.12–14 years of overall experience in O2C (Billing, Collections, Disputes) in a shared services or global support setup.Minimum 5–10 years of proven people management experience (handling 20+ team members).Strong exposure to North American clients and working in US/Canada night shift.Hands-on experience in tools such as GetPaid, HighRadius, Contact Tool, Oracle, SAP, AS400, SFDC, Citrix.Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Prior experience in a call center model (inbound/outbound) is a plus.
