Position: Senior Consultant / Manager – Business Analyst & Project ManagerDomain: Retail Banking – Channel DeliveryLocation: Pune / HyderabadExperience: 7+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-time Role SummaryWe are hiring experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers with strong expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation, especially in Channel Delivery (Mobile apps, Web journeys, ATM, POS, Contact Centre) for global banking clients. Key ResponsibilitiesLead digital transformation projects for global banking clients.Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements across stakeholders.Deliver solutions across mobile apps, internet banking, ATMs, POS, and contact centers.Act as a bridge between business, transformation teams, and IT.Drive Agile ceremonies and collaborate across Dev & QA teams.Manage product backlog using tools like Jira.Apply TDD/BDD methodologies (desirable).Ensure smooth change management and stakeholder communication. Required SkillsStrong domain expertise in Retail Banking, including mobile/web banking.Proven experience in Channel Delivery (Mobile, Web, ATM, POS, etc.).Hands-on involvement in banking app design/rollout/launch.Global stakeholder management experience.Excellent communication, articulation, and documentation skills.Experience working in Agile environments. Good to HaveExperience in Contact Centre Automation.Familiarity with tools like Jira and Agile frameworks.Exposure to TDD/BDD-based development practices
