Zemoso Technologies is an Innovation as a Service Product Studio that brings silicon valley style rapid prototyping and rapid application builds to Entrepreneurs and Corporate innovations. We help entrepreneurs in taking their ideas from Zero to Scale and to the Product Market Fit stage using Design Thinking->Lean Execution->Agile Methodology.

Our founders have had past successes - founded a decision management company acquired by SAP AG (now part of Hana Big data stack & NetWeaver BPM), early engineering team of Zoho (leading billion $ SaaS player) & some Private Equity experience.

What You will do

  • Sourcing and Screening:

    Actively use multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top software talent with 1-2 years of experience. You'll need to conduct the initial screening to assess skills, cultural fit, and motivation, ensuring only high-quality, pre-vetted candidates are presented to hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Efficiently manage the interview process by scheduling and coordinating interviews. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved, reducing the time from initial contact to interview.
  • Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Management:

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates. This isn't just about collecting resumes; it's about staying in touch with potential hires and keeping them warm for future opportunities.
  • Offer Negotiation and Closure:

    Support the senior team in the offer negotiation process. You will learn to present our value proposition effectively and work with candidates to successfully close offers, with a focus on hitting our

    offer-to-acceptance

    targets.
  • Post-Offer Engagement:

    This is a critical learning area for you. You will be responsible for a

    structured post-offer engagement plan

    . This means regular, constructive check-ins with candidates who have accepted offers to ensure they are on track to join, keeping their excitement high, and mitigating the risk of offer drops.
  • Data-Driven Reporting:

    Maintain accurate and detailed records of all your recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing key metrics, including

    candidate pipeline health, interview-to-offer ratios, and most importantly, offer-to-join ratios

    . Your ability to track and report on these numbers is non-negotiable.


Basic Qualifications

  • A maximum of 2 years of experience in hiring software professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to work at least 2 days a week from our Hyderabad, India office
