Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month

• Direct Recruitment: 12% of CTC as incentive
• Through Agencies: 2% of CTC as incentive

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Technical Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team in Bangalore. The candidate will handle end-to-end IT hiring processes, maintain daily work updates, and collaborate closely with the HR Manager. Preference will be given to Malayalee professionals settled in Bangalore who can work from the office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles across technologies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple platforms and networks.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports to the HR Manager.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the HR team.
• Report directly to the Manager – HR and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure target-oriented performance with timely closure of positions.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, job roles, and market trends.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
