Position: Experienced Team Lead (IT) - Bangalore

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 10+ years

About the Role:

We need a Team Lead in Bangalore to build and manage an IT team supporting projects with our German HQ. This role involves leading developers and infrastructure tasks, acting as a technology generalist, and fostering collaboration between the two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, tasks and tickets of the Team, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timelines and service level agreements are met.
• Hands-On Technical Overview: Guide the team in solving complex technical challenges in both development and IT operations, while being actively involved in hands-on tasks when needed.
• Technology Generalist: Utilize broad technical knowledge across software development and Software Architecture to address challenges and provide effective and secure solutions.

Technologies: C#, Angular, Windows, Linux, Abas ERP, Azure, Microsoft 365, Salesforce CRM, MS SQL.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in building and managing IT teams, ideally in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Solid hands-on experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
• Effective communication skills, both for leading a team and collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Experience in working on Power Platform and Python is a plus.

Proficiency in German is an advantage but not a requirement. Candidates must, however, have a minimum of B2-level English proficiency to communicate effectively within the international teams and our headquarters.
