Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent through proactive sourcing.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive data-driven hiring decisions by tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratios, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Work with employer branding teams to enhance tech talent visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to stay ahead of tech hiring trends.
  • Ensure best candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • 2+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
  • Proven success in hiring for roles such as Backend/Frontend Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Product Tech, or SDEs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior engineering leaders.
  • Good understanding of tech stacks, frameworks, and product development cycles.
