The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on experience in administering M365 services, handling escalations, ensuring security compliance, and providing L2-level operational support. Key Responsibilities Administer and support the full suite of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Azure AD . Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve L2-level incidents, service requests, and escalations related to M365. Manage user identity, access, licensing, and security policies in M365 and Azure AD. Implement and maintain M365 compliance, DLP, and conditional access policies . Work closely with L1 support teams to provide guidance, root cause analysis, and knowledge transfer . Participate in patch management, service health monitoring, and tenant administration . Support device management through Intune , including compliance policies, app deployment, and endpoint protection. Document procedures, create SOPs, and contribute to knowledge base articles. Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure best practices and governance across the M365 environment. Required Skills and Qualifications 4–6 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3+ years in M365 administration . Strong knowledge of: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Azure Active Directory (AAD) – user provisioning, security groups, conditional access Intune (MDM/MAM) – device compliance, configuration profiles, app protection policies Microsoft Security & Compliance Center Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk administration tasks. Familiarity with incident/change management (ITIL framework) . Good understanding of email security, identity protection, and DLP policies . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with customer-first approach. Soft Skills (Must have) Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently on escalations as well as collaborate in a team. Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving attitude.
