Responsibilities:

Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create/modify data models, transforming raw data into relevant insights
Optimize the performance of existing Power BI solutions and find room for improvement, driving faster response times and flexible outcomes, allowing data exception adjustments to be integrated accordingly
Troubleshoot & resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the Power BI environment
Enhance the homegrown sales compensation reporting process developed within Power BI
Compile information from various databases and data systems, so that collected data can be integrated, modified and applied for analysis
Develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to help users clearly understand complex data

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience building and managing Power BI reports & data sources
Well-versed in the Power BI technology & understanding of the Microsoft BI stack
Proficient in advanced-level computations on data sets
Mastery in data analytics
Be familiar with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, and DAX
Familiar with Salesforce software
Must be able to work independently
Proven organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Operations or related quantitative field OR relevant experience
