Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles across various domains. This role requires a deep understanding of technical skills, recruitment strategies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster), and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants qualifications and technical skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT or engineering domains.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Data Science).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
