Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
1- 5 years
of experience in IT/technical recruitment (adjust based on your need).
Strong understanding of technical skills (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, QA, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse, Workday).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
