Senior IT Recruiter with a strong agency background


Key Responsibilities


  • IT Recruitment Leadership

    : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across multiple domains, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Team Management

    : Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
  • Client Communication

    : Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their staffing needs and aligning recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Strategic Sourcing

    : Identify and engage top technical talent using innovative sourcing strategies, job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screening & Evaluation

    : Oversee candidate screening, assess technical competencies, and ensure cultural fit through structured interviews and assessments.
  • Salary Negotiation

    : Lead compensation discussions with candidates, balancing candidate expectations and client budgets.
  • Interview Coordination

    : Supervise and manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and seamless coordination between candidates and clients.
  • Offer Management

    : Prepare and negotiate competitive job offers in alignment with client requirements and market benchmarks.
  • Recruitment Analytics

    : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and present insights to internal leadership and clients.
  • Process Improvement

    : Continuously refine recruitment strategies and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


Key Skills & Requirements


  • Minimum

    5 years of experience in IT recruitment

    with a focus on

    agency environments.

  • Proven expertise in

    managing recruitment teams

    and driving performance.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to handle escalations and provide consultative support.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requirements effectively.
