Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across domains.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate offers, handle post-offer engagement, and ensure smooth onbarding.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards/MIS.
• Stay updated with latest hiring trends and sourcing techniques in IT industry.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in IT/Technical hiring (Contract/Full-time).
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, .Net, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.
• Hands-on experience using job portals and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, under tight deadlines.
