Hello Candidate, Greetings from FirstMeridian Global Services! We're hiring IT Recruiter for our company. Experience :2.5 Years to 5 Years Location :Hyderabad Work Mode : Office Working days: 5 Preferred : Immediate Joiner Note: Only Face-to-face interviews are conducted. Key Responsibilities: Post job advertisements on relevant job boards, company website, and social media channels, ensuring the position is highlighted as C2H. Use various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.) to actively search for potential candidates with the right qualifications. Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the C2H arrangement. Ensure candidates are open to contract-to-hire roles and understand the potential for conversion to permanent employment. Coordinate interviews between the candidate and hiring manager or client, ensuring all details are handled. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the contract period, checking in on their job satisfaction and engagement. Desired candidates: Should have experience in technical recruiter.
