Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent for niche and critical positions in our growing product-based B2B company.

Responsibilities

Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, team structures, and role requirements.
Source top talent through creative channels LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, communities, referrals, and more.
Drive hiring for niche technical roles (e. g., Backend Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Product Managers) as well as non-tech roles (e. g., Marketing, Customer Success, Design, Sales).
Assess candidates for technical fit, culture fit, and long-term potential.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Track and report hiring metrics to improve process efficiency and candidate experience.
Stay up-to-date with hiring trends and market intelligence in the tech ecosystem.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in tech recruitment for product-based or fast-scaling startups.
Proven experience in hiring across engineering, product, and business functions.
Strong understanding of technical roles, modern tech stacks, and startup culture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
