Technical Recruiter


Key Responsibilities


  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, networking, and internal databases.
  • Work on various technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Data Engineers, and IT Support.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines in the ATS.
  • Manage offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all applicants.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market standards, and new technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in technical recruitment (freshers to experienced candidates welcome).
  • Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
