Lead Product Designer

Job Description

You are a hands-on design leader, someone who can drive product thinking and elevate craft, while also helping guide a small team locally. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and AI to ship thoughtful, intuitive, and delightful executed features. This is a player/coach role: you'll be expected to design, prototype, and ship high-impact work yourself while also mentoring other designers and representing design within the Bangalore team. Responsibilities Own and lead end-to-end product design work for core product areas. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI to define problems and explore solutions. Push creative boundaries and bring critical thinking to every stage of the process. Raise the quality bar through exceptional visual and interaction design. Manage, support, and mentor 2-3 other designers as we scale the team in Bangalore. Contribute to and help evolve our design system and interaction patterns. Help shape the overall product and design culture as an early team member. Requirements 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products. Deep experience working on 01 products, ideally in early-stage B2B startups. Exceptional individual contributor skills: strong in interaction design, visual design, and product/design thinking. Ability to lead projects from scratch with minimal guidance. Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and geographies. Based in Bangalore and comfortable working in person.
