Job Description

Role Overview: As a Staff Product Designer at Neuron7.ai, you will be a crucial part of shaping the user experience for the Service Resolution Intelligence product portfolio. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design intuitive interfaces that enhance the usability and enjoyment of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts for complex service products. - Conduct user research and needs analysis to identify user pain points and gather valuable insights. - Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of design solutions. - Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions. - Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process. - Utilize deep understanding of user-centered design methods and processes to continuously enhance practices. - Take the lead in building the UX practice at Neuron7, starting as an individual contributor and growing with the company. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a senior UX designer with over 10 years of experience, showcasing a strong portfolio for web and/or mobile applications, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS products. - Capable of functioning as both a practitioner and leader, setting design standards and practice foundations independently and for future team growth. - Proficient in designing native user interfaces for various touchpoints including web, mobile, and embedded applications on platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow. - Skilled in exploring ideas, influencing others, and fostering agreement on dynamic projects with varying levels of ambiguity. - Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment, delivering exceptional design work within tight deadlines. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in designing field service, customer service, data, and/or AI products is advantageous. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or related field is a plus.,
