Your responsibilities will include leading the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline deployment processes. You will collaborate with software development and IT teams to enhance workflows and ensure efficient release cycles. Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of applications will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will architect and manage cloud infrastructure for scalable and secure application environments, automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management, conduct regular system audits, implement security best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Mentoring and guiding junior DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment, and documenting processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related field, extensive expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services, strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby) for automation tasks, familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
