Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of user-friendly interfaces for our AI-powered platform. - Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experiences. - Establish best practices for UI development, maintaining high-quality code and design consistency. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvements. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and implement innovative solutions to enhance user interaction. - Mentor junior UI engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI engineering or frontend development with a proven track record of successful projects. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in both design and functionality. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
