About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior UI Developer with deep expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies to lead the development of intuitive, scalable, and maintainable web interfaces. You’ll be responsible for converting Figma designs into clean, responsive React components, staying aligned with design standards and performance best practices. Familiarity with the Ruby on Rails ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality, reusable React.js components.
• Translate Figma or design mockups into responsive and pixel-perfect front-end code.
• Implement modern CSS practices using tools like SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize UI performance and implement best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and Rails backend engineers.
• Contribute to the development of UI standards, component libraries, and design systems.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end development.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with converting Figma designs into production-ready code.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture, and component-based development.
• Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and integrating with Rails-based backends.
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.
• Good understanding of Git workflows, Agile development, and CI/CD processes.
