Lead DevOps Engineer Experience Required: 10+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, and Automation About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise-grade DevOps ecosystem
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation, CI/CD frameworks, infrastructure management, code quality, security, and modern monitoring practices This role requires a strategic leader who can both set the DevOps vision and work hands-on with tools to drive operational excellence, scalability, and compliance across the organization Key Responsibilities Lead the DevOps strategy, architecture, and execution across multiple business units and platforms Define and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps Pipelines and ValDevOps Manage version control and collaboration platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Discourse Establish and enforce code quality & security standards using SonarQube, Burp Suite, AppSec Scanner, Dependaview, and CodeSearch Oversee containerization and artifact management through DockerHub and Artifactory Implement monitoring, reporting, and observability solutions including Datadog, Report Portal, and Vividus Manage secrets & vault solutions (Vault, Fort Knox) ensuring compliance and secure access management Drive automation and integration initiatives using tools like autoken and Dependaview to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency Champion feedback and innovation platforms (Fider) to capture and integrate team and stakeholder ideas Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps engineers and crossfunctional teams Collaborate with security, QA, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver highperforming, resilient, and scalable systems Core Skills & Tools Management Version Control & Collaboration: GitHub, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Discourse DevOps & CI/CD Frameworks: DevOps Maturity, ValDevOps, Azure DevOps Pipelines Code Quality & Security: SonarQube, Burp Suite, AppSec Scanner, Dependaview, CodeSearch Containerization & Artifact Management: DockerHub, Artifactory Monitoring & Reporting: Datadog, Report Portal, Vividus Secrets & Vault Management: Vault, Fort Knox Automation & Integration: autoken, Dependaview Feedback & Idea Platforms: Fider Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and systems engineering Proven expertise in designing and scaling CI/CD pipelines across complex enterprise environments Strong knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals (compute, storage, networking, security, cloud platforms) Hands-on experience with containerization, cloud-native tools, and microservices architectures Strong background in security compliance, secrets management, and automation frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
