Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic technical HR Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment efforts on technology-related positions within our organization. This role requires knowledge of the Duck Creek platform, as well as proven experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent in the insurance and technology sectors.Job Role: Technical HR RecruiterEmployment Type

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably hiring with a focus on Duck Creek technology or similar platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Duck Creek platform and related technologies, as well as the insurance industry is good to have.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources management are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent for technology-related positions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates on technology.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions, proactively engaging with potential candidates and nurturing relationships.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to enhance the organization's employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice for DuckCreek professionals.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, prioritize requirements, and drive recruitment outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the Duck Creek ecosystem, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and practices.
