Role Overview:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for future needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT roles such as developers, engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Familiarity with technical terminology and ability to assess candidate skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in hiring for niche technologies and senior-level roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
