Job Description: As a Core IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process for corporate technology roles. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end recruitment for various IT functions, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and implement targeted sourcing strategies. You will also be responsible for providing market insights on IT talent trends, ensuring process excellence, and acting as a project manager for recruitment campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate IT roles including infrastructure, applications, enterprise systems, cloud, and security. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and implement targeted sourcing strategies. - Provide market insights on IT talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity. - Ensure process excellence by applying evidence-based recruitment practices and utilizing ATS tools, with a preference for Workday. - Act as a project manager for recruitment campaigns, ensuring timelines, data quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized university. - 8-12 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on corporate technology roles. - Expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates for IT domains such as cloud, DevOps, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity. - Proficiency in ATS platforms, with a preference for Workday. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.,
