Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong computer and IT skills to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, while effectively using recruitment tools and managing a small team. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities, a deep understanding of IT hiring, and hands-on experience with productivity tools, shortcuts, and commands. Candidates with leadership skills who can manage a team will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand job requirements, tech stacks, and skill gaps.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs, particularly for niche tech roles.
  • Create job descriptions and post job openings across platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Work across India and US shifts to coordinate with international teams and candidates
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS data.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment and hiring technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor/Master’s Degree in IT, HR, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced IT/tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and tools (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Network, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiently use computer commands, shortcuts, and tools for faster processing of data and communication.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (India and US time zones)
  • Team management experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in recruitment tools or HR technology platforms.
  • Prior experience in technical recruitment for US-based clients
  • Experience working in an IT staffing firm or technology-driven company.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices related to hiring.
