Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and identify high-quality technical talent for various positions within a Global Capability Center (GCC).
• Engage with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team dynamics, and technical needs.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess the skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes.
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in recruiting technical talent, preferably in a GCC environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, particularly in software engineering, IT, cloud computing, and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile recruitment practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in recruiting for roles related to cloud technologies, software development, DevOps, and data sciences.
• Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and tools in the IT sector.
